Is my card charged now or at shipment?
Pre‑orders are charged at checkout (see Terms §30). You may cancel anytime before dispatch for a full refund.

When will it ship?
We’ll show an estimated window at checkout and via email. Supply chain, certification, and logistics can shift dates. We’ll keep you updated.

What regions will you ship to first?
Initial regions are anticipated to include the UK, select EU countries, and the US. Additional regions will be announced as compliance and logistics are confirmed.

What taxes and duties should I expect?
UK/EU VAT is shown where applicable. International orders may incur import duties/taxes on delivery, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

What if I change my address?
Update your address in your account. Region changes can affect taxes, duties, adapters/plug type, and shipping cost/timing.

Can I cancel?
Yes—before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, returns follow our Booking & Refund Policy and local consumer law (including cooling‑off rights where applicable).

What’s the warranty?
A 12‑month limited hardware warranty applies (see above). Batteries/consumables: 6 months.

Is the Crown Boom waterproof?
Final specs will be confirmed before shipment. If a water‑resistance rating is offered (e.g., targeting IPX protection), usage must follow the care guidelines; liquid damage beyond the rated limits isn’t covered by warranty.

Will it work as a power bank and hotspot hub?
Target features include USB‑C power bank capability and a connectivity module (e.g., SIM‑enabled hotspot) in select variants/regions, subject to certification and carrier approvals. Final specifications will be published prior to shipment.

What Bluetooth features are supported?
Crown Boom will support common Bluetooth profiles for audio playback. Exact codec support (e.g., SBC/AAC/aptX/LDAC) will be confirmed in final specs.

What’s in the box?
Product unit, USB‑C charge cable, quick‑start guide, and safety & warranty leaflet. Regional plug/adapters provided where required.

Can I buy accessories?
Yes—launch accessories (e.g., carry case, charging dock) will be announced before shipment. Availability varies by region.

How do refunds work if you change specs?
If a material change negatively affects a key advertised feature, you may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) window?
If the Product is defective on arrival, contact us within 14 days for expedited replacement or refund options.
